CARETS IS COMING – MLS RULES ARE CHANGING

CARETS IS COMING – MLS RULES ARE CHANGING
CARETS – a combined database of listings from all five southern California MLS’s – is coming soon to CRISNet MLS members. This database, made up of listings from CLAW, CRISNet, iTech, MRMLS and SoCalMLS, will give all members access to search and add listings in any of these areas without having to join additional MLS’s. By the first part of November, our Tempo and WyldFyre systems will contain all these listings.

In anticipation of this change, all five of these MLS’s will use the same MLS Rules. Therefore, effective November 1, 2008, the CRISNet MLS rules will change to the common CARETS MLS Rules. To review the new rules, click here. To review a document that explains the changes, click here. To read the Data Integrity Standards Rules Click here. Please note that the major time frames did not change – a listing must still be added or changed within 48 hours.
