Hot dogs, ice cream and chicken wings — not to mention dozens of jobs — will be more readily available here, as several national chains open new franchises in the Victor Valley.And with two new Walmart Supercenters, a Church & Dwight plant and an unnamed furniture manufacturer coming soon, officials are hopeful the economic tide is finally starting to turn.
