It was in one of Hesperia’s trade show booth’s conference rooms that the city’s economic development staff met with Colleen Butcher of Coldwell Banker and Elliott Megdal, of Megdal and Associates to discuss various options for Megdal’s retail center in which a 190,000 square foot Walmart Supercenter will be breaking ground this July.
